FREE SHIPPING in the Continental USA. We ship all footwear within 48 hours. When we mail your order we'll e-mail you a confirmation of shipment. Please allow 2 to 4 days.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If an item is out of stock, we'll special order your size and/or color directly from the manufacturer, if available, and notify you of the expected ship date. In most cases this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience..
We will also ship via overnight or 2-Day upon your request, and adjust your total charge accordingly.
We accept returns of unworn merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within 30 days of original shipping date to you. All of our footwear is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. We do not guarantee wear unless specifically included as part of a manufacturer's promotion.
If worn shoes are returned, credit will be issued after inspection for defects. Please return your merchandise in its original box and enclose a copy of the receipt. All returns must be prepaid (sorry, no COD deliveries will be accepted). Freight charges are refundable in cases of a shipping error on our part.
